Not only am I extremely passionate about Human Resources and its community, but I’m an accomplished, driven International Sales and Business Development Director. I have a demonstrable track record of accelerating sales, profitability, and growth by bringing value to global clients. With substantial experience in B2B Enterprise & SME sales, I can confidently implement strategies to develop new business while maximising existing accounts.

With over 18 years event management and sales experience in the HR industry, I’m adept at building client partnerships based on confidence and trust. I work in a principled and ethical manner and am a progressive thinker who authentically builds rapport and credibility with clients, colleagues, and C-Suite leaders. I have honed these skills whilst running small group networking events and large-scale conferences for the HR sector in both the UK and ME markets. 
I also have internal supplier experience, working with a learning technologies start-up, implementing their sales function, overseeing new business and existing client portfolios.
